Obituary for Christine ""Carol"" Lenart (Knight)
Christine “ Carol” Lenart, age 67 of Wooster, went home peacefully to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 21st, 20018 at the Avenue At Wooster. She was surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on March 28, 1951 in Cleveland to Robert L. and Madeline C. (Yapp) Knight and has been an area resident since 1979.
She was a member of the Aukerman Church of God in Burbank, Oh.; she enjoyed fishing, loved to play Bingo and card games.
She is survived by her children, George Allen Lenart of Miamisburg, Oh., Kevin Wayne Lenart of Wooster and Tammy Marie Lenart of West Salem, Oh.; 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; her siblings, Joseph ( Leah) Knight of Wooster, Oh., Darrell Lee ( Linda) Knight of Cleveland, Oh. and Linda Ann ( Jacup) Aurant of Texas.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, David Knight.
It was her previous wishes to have a Visitation of Celebration for family and friends which will take place from 6 - 8 p.m on Wednesday at Custer-Glenn Funeral Home in Wooster.
There will be no public service.
A private interment will take place at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions may be made to: The American Lung Assoc. 6100 Rockside Woods Blvd., N. Cleveland, OH. 44131.
